Details:
Star Trails at Grand Canyon National Park. A fireball (21:05:02 MST) grazed the upper left corner of the image. The inner canyon is illuminated by the waxing Moon. The lights on the distant horizon are from the facilities on the North Rim. The squiggly lights in the canyon are from headlamps of hikers avoiding the extreme heat of the day.
