Details:
Noctilucent clouds are back over central Europe and they are getting brighter and denser than usual. At these latitudes an NLC display is usually limited to a modest bunch of silvery-white tendrils hugging the horizon and rarely appreciated or even noticed by a casual observer. Tonight's display, however, was different. Night-shining clouds rose high up in the sky and appeared so solid I felt I could almost touch them. Even bright street lights couldn't prevent early risers strolling around the city from seeing this unusual spectacle unfold above their heads.
