Was taking pictures of Jupiter and decided to try a different part of the sky. I just happened to catch a satellite going through the image. Didn't realize I caught the satellite tumbling till I looked a bit closer. Canon Rebel T5 75mm f5.6 20 sec at ISO 1600

If that satellite was tumbling it would be changing in brightness. The apparent change in position producing the sinusoidal wave effect is more than likely due to your camera shaking not the satellite tumbling.
