Details:
A second night of NLCs visible from Southern Oregon. They covered about half the sky From the moon to the Northern horizon. I been an observer for over 50 years, I never seen an event like this. I think it is worth finding out why and a explanation. I seen reports even from Northern California, which makes this even more interesting. There must a heavy amount of crystals over us or is the upper winds moving the crystals in our direction? Is strange a good word for it?
