Details:
The images, taken with a Nikon CoolPix P900 camera, show Mercury and Mars on June 09, 2019 at approximately 18h (UTC-3h). The planets were 7.1° apart and approaching for a very close conjunction on June 18. Mercury is the lowest bright dot, just above the hill. Above it and a bit to the right (near the center of the image) is Mars. The star above Mars is Delta Geminorum. The bright stars on the right are Beta and Alpha Geminorum (descending order). Finally, on the left, we see Gamma Gem.
