Sun Halo And Circumzenithal Arc appeared at lunch time. Although I see sun halos all the time here in Central California, I must say this is the best Circumzenithal Arc display here yet! My employer asked, “what kind of Rainbow is that? It’s upside down.” I told him it’s not a rainbow at all. Rainbows are from water drops. This is from ice crystals. He said he never seen that before. I told him, “you have to look up time to time...lol”
