I have this one observed at 15:08HKT on the 26th April 2019 in the Jordan district of Hong Kong. This is the second time I have observed this in Hong Kong. It was photographed by an iPhone X, however, a nice capture nonetheless, 9°, 18° and 23° halos were present in the display. The sun was Alt 49°and Az 264°

Thats a great observation and image of a rare display. These three odd-radius rings are related and commonly seen together, because of their origin in pyramidal crystals with the same couple of refraction angles.
