The Crescent Nebula is an emission nebula in the constellation Cygnus, 5000 light-years away. It is formed by the fast stellar wind from the Wolf-Rayet star WR 136 (HD 192163 mag.7.4) which is 250,000 times brighter than the Sun, 15 times more massive, and 3.3 times larger. It was discovered by William Herschel in 1792. Time: 02:59 UT 2019-03-28 Exp.35 x 20 sec. Telescope: 0.18m with ST401 CCD 1.9"/pixel EQ8 mount Odd Trondal Obs.code 238 (Uranium). Oslo Norway
