Details:
A very small window of opportunity to image the moon between low clouds and increasing high clouds the morning of Monday, March 25th. Additional details are noted on slide 1. The moon was in a lower layer of clouds around 2 am but cleared through that layer about 45 minutes later for a very short time. Slide 2 is looking toward Mt. Rainier and was taken with a Nikon D3100 and 50 mm stock lens.
It clouded up with a thick layer of haze by 3 am, shortly after taking some videos. There were some spectacular cloud formations over Mt. Rainier later in the morning as the clouds rolled in (slides 3 and 4)and totally obscured the view.
