I cannot locate any galaxies in this area in my S&T POCKET SKY ATLAS, STELLARIUM, ILLUSTRATED ATLAS OF THE UNIVERSE, WIKISKY.ORG, SIMBAD, OR HUBBLE SITE.

Never Mind, it is discovered, PGC 2004918, 2002212, etc...
Found it in Stellarium, had unchecked my PGC Catalogue due to too much data! Ha ha...

Found it! My PGC catalogue was turned off due to data overload.
PGCs 15461, 2023938, 2025336, 2023231. No undiscovered galaxy cluster!

Yes could be. Have you checked the CIA or KGB catalogs ?
