Details:
I was outside around 8:30 tonight taking the dog for a walk. As irony would have it, When I looked up at the moon I noticed a faint moon halo along with two moon dogs. The image isn’t the best quality as all I had at the time was my iPhone 8. The high clouds that caused this optical effect are associated with the leading edge of our next winter storm.
