Details:
Saw the end of the occultation , Saturn re-appearing behind the Moon, less than 9° above SE horizon.
most weather forecasts showed clouds covering skies for the event but Cosmo showed a chance for clearing at last moment, so I drove from home in Vétroz Valais Switzerland uphill to Mayens-de-Conthey to be high enough to see the Moon above the mountains to the southeast... 15 minutes before Saturn would appear behind the Moon they were still behind clouds but just a few minutes before it cleared. Shot video ( will share later when I have time to edit and a few photos with a Canon EOS 80D and EF 400mm f/5.6L lens and Kenko x2 converter on a Berlebach tripod, by -4°C outdoors temps but no wind.
