Details:
On the way home from work today I saw a huge glowing plume of smoke high in the sky. I first thought it was fuel from the Delta rocket that supposed to launch from Vandenburg AFB but that launch was scrubbed. Observed at 5:34PM PST on 12/19/18

Update, it was a wind test conducted before the scheduled launch which was ultimately scrubbed for the day.
