Details:
These are images from the night of Dec 14/15 after clouds cleared and the Moon set, taken of green Comet Wirtanen amid the colourful star clusters and nebulas of Taurus and Perseus. Two frames also captured a Geminid meteor streaking past the comet. This was a busy sky! These are tracked images, in 1- to 2-minute exposures with 50mm and 85mm lenses, with the camera on a Star Adventurer tracker. Taken from southern Alberta.
