Details:
Comet Wirtanen was easily visible with the slightest optical aid- and this includes the viewfinder my Nikon D750 with a Rokinon 135mm F/2 lens. Nearby, in Triangulum, was the fainter Comet Swift-Ghrels passing through the same field as M33. These images were stacks of 20, 30-second exposures taken at ISO1600 at F/2. Images stacked and processed in Photoshop. The first Wirtanen image is aligned on the stars. The second is aligned on the comet. Taken at the John Glenn Astronomy Park near Logan, Ohio.
