Details:
On the evening of October 29, 2018 a severe flood occurred in the Northern Italy area. From October 27th to 30th 2018 Veneto was hit by an exceptional meteorological event characterized by very intense rainfall associated with violent winds. Floods, landslides and landslides have occurred, as well as tree and forest formations, wind damage to power lines and houses. Almost 600 mm of rain fell in an hour. All this caused a total blackout of power lines and, for three or four days, the whole area remained completely in the dark. The night of October 30, 2018 I really understood how many stars are lost sight of because of light pollution . This photo taken by Laggio di Cadore (Belluno) is the biggest demonstration, comparing another photo taken from the same location, at a distance one month can be seen as the problem of serious light pollution.
