Details:
A cirrus overcast conveniently parted to unveil a blue sky punctuated with scattered white wisps as if dabbed by an artist's brush on a shimmering blue canvas. Though no spots graced the sun, a prominence on the NE limb punctuated the H-alpha view. Half an hour later cirrostratus clouds closed the shutters on the sky once more, but the images had already been captured.
