I stepped outside late evening of 2018 November 14 at 12:19UT and spotted a huge cometlike cloud in the east.
Checking the latest spaceflight news, the timing seems to have coincided with the launch of India's GSLV Mk3 rocket launcher which took off at 11:38UT.
