Details:
Interesting to compare the contrast difference with features of the moon taken just two days apart. Aside from the slight difference in hue you can easily see the difference in contrast between the group of craters (denoted by the dashed circle) Ptolemaeus, Albategnius, and Alphonsus. You also see a difference in contrast on the Apennine Mountains located toward the North end of the Moon. Craters more distant from the terminator that had apparent contrast the day prior, such as Vieta, appear to have very little appearance of depth tonight and has just appeared to disappeared except for a faint outline of its now flat profile.
