Details:
One more shot from today's solar session in H alpha. The large active area is seen here in somewhat better conditions. Note the large structures next to the small spots: it seems that the region has some great potential for small flares. It actually did flare up about three hours after I took this image. The flare was short lived. Equip: 150mm achromat, Quark h alpha filter, ASI 174MM. Seeing 5-6/10.
