Details:
Today the sky conditions over Sydney were unique showing many rare halos. After the parhelic circle, more arches in the sky were visible. From top to bottom: - Circumzenithal arc (U shape, fully coloured); - Superlateral arc (tangent to the previous arc); - Upper tangent arc (the one with the strange V shape) - Sun halo at 22° At the same elevation of the Sun, two parhelions and vertically the Sun pillar.

A very nice display. There is also an upper suncave Parry arc and a 46 degree halo.

There is even more in the display. Look well to the 46degs supralateral arc and you will see there is another arc in its vicinity. This can be determined as the real 46degs ring. The real ring is quite rarely seen, and its presence together with the supralateral arc is extraordinary at all. Moreover traces of Lowitz arcs are visible, above the parhelia.
