South top CM 265 trying posting at different res as the previous post lost detail, if anyone knows the best res to post let me know please. Initial image 320x240 Tech info same as previous post

Hi Mark, I wish I could help you, the only thing I can think of from the information given are you capturing the AVI file at the highest resolution, with my ZWO ASI 120 MC-S camera can be set at 1280x960 resolution up in the top right hand corner, but I dont know what software you are using!

thanks Noeleen. Im using a low resolution 320x240 to bump up the frame rate as high as possible. Mars is so low down here that theres a great deal of atmosheric turbulence and distortion. I resized the original because the posted image was re-processed by the website gallery and looked kind of fuzzy, this time I made it too large so next time Ill try somewhere in the middle, about 420 x 320 pixels.
Its getting difficult to capture much now as Mars is sinking lower so I look forward to seeing more of your images, all the best. Mark
