Details:
Two weeks after opposition Mars is still shining very bright low in the eastern sky after sunset. Here are three unusual images of it above a Strelitzia (Bird of Paradise) flowering plant illuminated by the security lighting from my hilltop house between sunset twilight and dusk. Camera: Hand-held Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 in night scene mode.
