Details:
The apparent size of Mars is quite impressive despite the lack of surface detail. These images are single frames from videos (yet to be processed) using the same optical setup and resolution (FOV). Taken with a C9.25 and ASI178MC. Mars is very bright in the SE and almost directly over top of Mt. Rainier by midnight.
