Details:
The five major planets and the Moon all visible at the same time tonight. This is a photo taken using a 180° fisheye lens which allows for the entire horizon-to-horizon view to be imaged at once. Setting low in the west is Mercury and low in the east, rising, is Mars. The planets and Moon appear in pretty much a straight line because all of their orbits (including ours) are pretty much in the same flat plane.
