Details:
After dinner, we went for a stroll to watch the sunset from the gardens of the Canada Science and Technology Museum in Ottawa, Ontario. And there they were, reaching to each other. Jupiter was not far to the South, and so was Saturn, further to the East. Sorry, no camera at hand... the picture was taken with an iPod SE (it was the best I could do). We figured that the "comet" that shows in one of the pictures had to be tail of a jet aircraft —but this is just a hypothesis... The lighthouse in the picture is the "Cape North Lighthouse" (1856) that used to be in Cape North, Cape Breton (1908-80) and before, at Cape Race, Newfoundland. 73 de Jose VA3PCJ.
