Everything is out of focus. There is no reference as to direction, portion of the sky, time of day, your viewing location, orientation of posted image, etc, etc.... However, the first photo appears to have lights of a town across the right side, so I guess horizon is vertical across the right side. Knowing that Mars is bright in morning & Venus bright in evening, my guess is that it is either Mars or Venus.
