Although it was a beautiful evening seeing Noctilucent Clouds all night long from 37,000 feet, the coolest thing I saw was this iridescent rainbow contrail above an Air France A380. What a wonderful job. Did you hear about Comet PANSTARRS (C/2018 S3) exploding? Only 10 days until Wal Thornhill’s lecture on plasma and electric currents in space. Birmingham, England.
