Details:
Clearing cloud in the early hours of the morning of 27 June allowed the Full Moon to be observed descending in the pre-dawn sky (last image) before turning orange and setting above the distant horizon behind Chikanga Township (time-lapse animation and 35 frame mosaic). Although the lights were on in Mutare, Chikanga was darkness due to a power failure. Camera: Tripod mounted Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 in night scene and manual exposure modes with up to x60 zoom magnification.
