Details:
Imagine my surprise when I looked up at the Sun to see a 22 degree halo forming. The sky today was slightly overcast with a slight greyish look to the skies. While developing the images I noticed a halo within the halo, I wondered what caused it.

The INNER halo is the 22degs ring, and the outer the circumscribed halo.
