Details:
The largest crater on the top is Ptolemaeus (154km), with on its right Albategnius (131km) and atop Alphonsus (111km). Also below Alphonsus Alpetragius (40km) and Arzachel (97km).
The waxing gibbous Moon is at 65,5% illumination.
