Details:
Last evening,june 18 2018 the first Polar Mesospheric Summer Echo from this season on my instruments.Three days later than last season.Radio reflection signals from a television transmitter from eastern Europe on VHF 56.25 MHz.The signal was very strong with a lot of flutter.PMSE is possible related with NLC observations,look at the NLC gallery.
