Details:
Well after most of twilight ends, you need to adjust the color temp according to your light-pollution. With still mostly sodium lighting, I used a color temperature of 3900°K for the one-shot image of the setting pair (yourlightpollution.com). 2.5 sec, f/7.1, at 2000 ISO with a stock Canon 7D near 22:30 local time.
