Details:
At dawn on 30 May the full Moon was very bright while high up but quickly faded as it set into a layer of mist behind Chikanga Township. It first passed through a spectacular pink Belt of Venus and then merged into the brightening orange sky as the first rays of sunrise struck the summit and descended the slopes of Hospital Hill. Camera: Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 in sunset scene mode and up to x60 zoom magnification.
