Details:
During and after a public observing session at the Brisbane Planetarium, I was able to do some afocal video, with a Samsung Galaxy 8 held to the eyepiece on a 6-inch coude-mounted Zeiss refractor.
I took a couple of short 1920x1080 video sequences, extracted frames with PIPP, and stacked with Registax. One of the original videos will be posted on our FB page tomorrow, at 0730 UT.
