Details:
A full moon rising in the southeast is being trailed doggedly by Jupiter, that bright little dot just breaking over the rim of Alaska’s Chugach Range on April 29, 2018 at 11:26 pm. An hour & a half later, after the twilight blue faded, a couple of spruce trees joined the alignment game and I took the 2nd shot “Far & Near.” Keep an eye out again tonight for that special dot around the moon!
