Details:
I'm currently observing at La Silla observatory and we had ribbons of clouds. As I went out to see if a target was "clear" I saw a moondog and an arc. I grabbedd my caméra took apicture and by the time I moved to have a nice view with the NTT the cloud moved and just remained the arc. Walking to the other side of the NTT platform more compact but more colorful over the observatory.
