Details:
I wanted to image Tiangon-1 on 3-31-18 if the weather was not clouded over. My telescope set-up in my observatory has tall trees to the east. With that said, The Tiangong-1 pass was not going to work out with a 28° Maximum altitude at 05:42:29 to my south that was first coming out of the Earths shadow at 24° with poor seeing. I had a back up plan. A Canon 5D MarkIII camera with a 70 to 200 mm set at 200mm f2.8 on my other mount tracking to do a video of a Tiangong-1 Fly Over Saturn and Mars in the same video frame. I am happy I took the time to have that back up plan. You have to be in it to win it :-) It worked of this time for me. I will add a link to my video after when I get the to post it on my Facebook page. It is to large for this web site.
