2nd Blue Mineral Moon of 2018.
Attached below is an image of enhanced coloured blue mineral moon of 31st March 2018.
Blue moon refers to two consecutive full moons in a month and like in Jan 2018, March 2018 also got two full moons.
This image is a stack of 92 single images to enhance signal to noise ratio. The colors were enhanced deliberately to make this blue moon somewhat dramatic but the colors in science terminology show mineral compositions and hence called Mineral Moon.
Equipment Details: 90mm Sky watcher Refractor and Canon 1200D DSLR at prime focus method.
