Many said today’s lunar eclipse would be difficult to see from Florida since the Moon would be too low and would set Moon before completely within Earth’s umbra. But clear skies gave spectacular view. Suburban Gainesville photo, 7:06 a.m. EST (12:06 UT), 2018 Jan 31. Moon partly within umbra, 14 min before moonset. Camera Canon DSLR EOS 5D II.
