Details:
As I sat down for dinner with my four day Lights over Lapland group I was monitoring the aurora stats and was quietly confident we were in for a good night. Two hours later we headed out on the sled to a wilderness location, with a lovely green arc already present. With cameras quickly mobilised we starting shooting and could see the aurora was continuing to develop. I recall exclaiming get ready everyone this is going to increase soon. However, what came next was an aurora that was way beyond the increase I expected. A crazy green vibrant aurora boomed into action. bright green and dancing with the occasional tinge of pink adorning the sky. The landscape and everything around us turning to green. There are little words to describe what we then witnessed for the next two hours other than it was totally awesome! What a show indeed!. www.imagesofwildlife.co.uk
