Details:
I looked out the window at 3:38 UT and above eastern horizon I saw a bright blue semi-circular cloud some 15-20° in diameter. The cloud was expanding and dimming rapidly, so after 6 minutes I had to use a fish-eye lens to capture it. It guess it must have been a plume of expanding gases after ignition of last stage of a rocket high above atmosphere.
