Details:
Despite clouds covering most of the evening sky On Dec. 14, 2017, I managed to get a few glimpses of the "rocky comet" 3200-Phaethon as it passed about 10 million km away from the Earth. The two pictures are a stacking of 53 images showing the path of Phaethon over about 4.5 minutes.
