A sun halo indeed, and a quite fine one. It is formed in high cloud ice crystals with horizontal and vertical oriented 60 degrees refracting angles, as appears from the presence of bright parhelia (with possibly some traces of Lowitzarcs) and the upper tangent arc. Fine pictures!
