Details:
There wasn't much activity so we decided to walk home. On the way home the sky just got swept with green light. We ducked into the woods to try get away from the streetlights and after much excitement managed to get a snap straight up into the sky. Unfortunately not captured in it's glory but the colours were amazing! The greens, purples and tinge of blue. It only lasted for a few minutes and then we kept going towards home. Waited for another while at a spot just down the street with no luck then on our way back the sky lit up again so I sprinted back and took more snaps. Was such excitement and a huge rush! Taken with Canon 5D 28mm , f/2.8 , 3s
