Did a Sector Boundary Crossing occur on November 06/07 2017? These images are from a latitude of 50 degrees. the solar wind speed was never greater than 400 km/s while these images were recorded, watching the NOAA solar wind prediction you could actually see the phi angle change from > 315 to 90 degrees.
