Details:
Earthquakes & Earth’s Magnetic field There was an M6.2 earthquake on the 2017-09-20 off the east coast of Honshu, Japan @16:37:16. I have checked my FGM3 data for the 2017-09-20 and found a similar signature for this earthquake to the one on the 2017-09-19. Both events have been enlarged to see them better and both events appear to occur just after the earthquake start time. There is another similar event marked in green on the image. I realise that these events could just be a coincident or some other event the FGM3 sensor has recorded.
