Details:
Set the alarm for just short of 6am this morning to try for the conjunction between Venus Regulus the Moon Mars and Mercury. For once the weather was in my favour and on looking out the first sight of Venus and the thin crescent moon was beautiful. Had to wait a while for Mercury to become visible very low down in the east and visible clearly with the naked eye. Mars was picked up on camera but I could only see it using binoculars. Cloud eventually spoiled play! Taken with a Canon 400D and a 70-300 lens various exposures.
