Details:
On the first clear night after setting up my new Hyperstar I took some short exposure images of well-known deep space targets to test the scope and repaired camera. M31 was a prime target and I was stunned to see how much detail could be captured in a 50 second image! I went on to collect a few more sample images exposing between 30 and 60 seconds. This is one raw image with minimum processing, and compressed.
