Details:
Moments after third contact a shaft of light from the Sun's bright thin crescent illuminated the smoke in the air from forest fires. In the shadow of the Moon, from its left lower edge, some of the dark twilight blue could still be seen. Part of the chromosphere edge and a prominence remain visible on the right side of the Sun. Details: Nikon D800 on Stellarvue 130mm refractor, f/5, ISO 100, 0.5s exposure.
